Isis Financial Systems offers knowledgeable project managers and support professionals. Our staff consists of highly qualified system architects, software developers, CPAs, and accountants, some of whom have been delivering software and services to financial institutions for over 20 years. This group of individuals has worked for some of the industry’s largest financial outsourcing organizations.

During the installation phase, we prepare a complete project plan that includes customer input and outlines each business partner’s responsibilities to ensure a successful implementation.

Once the installation is complete, we assign a qualified services representative whose responsibility is to provide operational and support services.

Account-relationship support is provided through our sales department. The account-relationship management individual meets with clients on site twice annually and quarterly via conference call. More frequent contact may be necessary depending on activity within your account.

We will manage your installation from the initial-needs analysis through hardware and software installation, data migration, and user testing.  We provide well-developed tools and skills to meet all of your needs.
